This is one of our favourites from the Typical Norwegian series – Cheese Slicer. "A hungry inventor with cabinet-making skills and a taste for Jarlsberg holds a carpenter’s plane in his hand. It’s 1925 in Lillehammer. He closes his workshop door. Then re-emerges - Ostehøvel aloft. Fine and elegant, every slice a uniform triumph. Serving suggestions welcome."
